In its first year, more than 1,700 employees representing
the diversity of our company were invited to participate in
a CCI event. These served as an opportunity to introduce
the mission and priorities of the CCI and encourage open
discussion around company culture. Through surveys
following the events, opinions and ideas were courageously
shared. Not only did we learn more about you, the employee
voice helped shape our strategy for next year.
