The council was launched to strategically attract, develop
and retain employees of all backgrounds. Its mission is to
raise awareness of the company's diversity and inclusion
challenges, strategies and successes and to listen and respond
to recommendations to create an environment of inclusion,
respect and fairness among all employees.
However, we cannot be successful without the voices of
employees. Continue to share your questions, opinions
and recommendations.
