A customer brought thank you cards to Katina Smith and Deonica Williams Johnson of the West Jefferson Office. Ashley Whitfield wrote Williams that she thanks "God for angels like you," and to Smith that "people like you aren't easy to find." Supervisor Fran Carson said the two are "model employees." David J.
