HISTORY OF THE CCI
In January 2018, the CCI was established to help
ensure that the culture at Alabama Power is the
best it can be – built on inclusion, respect and
fairness for all employees. The council members
worked to establish a purposeful mission, outline
specific objectives and designate areas of focus.
