Listen and respond to recommendations throughout
the company to create an environment of inclusion,
respect and fairness among all employees.
Objectives
Establish opportunities and processes for
all employees to share their concerns and
recommendations.
Ingrain principles and practices throughout hiring,
onboarding and professional development activities
for employees and their managers.
Develop and implement a comprehensive Culture and
Inclusion Strategic Report to further advance this
long-term company initiative.
