driving force behind research being conducted at Auburn University's College of Agriculture, the
Aquaculture and Fisheries Business Institute, the Food Systems Institute, the National Poultry
Center, Alabama A&M's Department of Food and Animal Sciences, and Tuskegee University's
Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences.
