ON THE COVER: Alabama Power will offer preservative-free seasonal flu shots at no cost at on-site work locations for employees, retirees, spouses and benefits-eligible dependent family members age 4 and older. Employees who are unable to get a flu shot at a company location still have options to receive a vaccination at no out-of-pocket cost by: • Using the CVS/Caremark Prescription ID Card at any participating network pharmacy. • Calling 888-678-6787 to request a voucher that can be used at any CVS Pharmacy. • Requesting a flu shot at the employee's family doctor's office – it is covered by the medical plan and will be billed to your insurance provider. Employees, retirees and family members must provide the employee's or retiree's Southern Company ID or the last four digits of the employee's or retiree's Social Security number to receive the vaccination.
