Al Moradi, of Southern Research Institute, sent a letter to Brian Lett, Birmingham Division, thanking the 12th Street Line Crew for rebuilding the power feed to the company's environmental building. "The crew and their leaders were a pleasure to work with," wrote Moradi. "They were very accommodating and seemed extremely proficient. Thanks again for a job well done." The crew members are Jason Quick, James Webb, David Laminack, Marc Duke, Jerrod Lucas, Matt Wilson, Claude Terry and Brett Briner. Joe Daffron, Western Division Office, will serve as associate vice president of the Home Builders Association of Alabama in 2015. Mychelle Raby, South Residential Center, received a note from a customer in the Birmingham area. "Mychelle was very polite, and I couldn't wish for a better representative," wrote the customer. "I just want to thank you for the service." Carol Copeland, Business Service Center, Corporate Headquarters, received a commendation from a Birmingham- area commercial customer for providing excellent service. "Carol is very cooperative, very caring and tried to help me, and she did. She is a very good service representative, and I'd like to thank her personally," the customer wrote.
