POWS-3826 Winter safety Powerfacts 3.indd 1 1/12/15 4:18 PM Louella Adams, Odenville POWER RECIPE 3 cups packed brown sugar 1 ½ cups plain flour 3 cups chopped pecans 3 sticks plus 3 tablespoons butter, melted 6 eggs, beaten Pecan Pie Mini Muffins Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and pecans. Set aside. In another bowl combine melted butter and eggs. Stir into flour mixture to blend. Grease mini muffin pan and pour mixture in 2/3 full or more. Bake for 15-20 minutes until muffins spring back. Makes 3 ½ dozen muffins.
