Connor Posey, son of Tuscaloosa Meter Tester Tom Posey, is this year's recipient. Page 15 EDUCATION Twenty students across the state have been awarded $2,500 college scholarships from the Alabama Power Foundation, bringing the total to more than $4 million given to about 1,200 students since 1991.
