"Whether it be helping your career or helping your personal life, the instructors provided perspectives that were extremely helpful." During the week, the CCI hosted a networking reception at Birmingham restaurant venue The Woolworth, providing an opportunity for employees to build relationships with peers and company leadership. "I enjoyed being able to put a face with a name and get to know employees from other departments during the event," Johnson said. Talent and leadership development is a priority of the CCI.
