"My favorite part about the Education Week
classes was the numerous options available,"
said Building Operations Representative Kellie
Johnson. "Whether it be helping your career
or helping your personal life, the instructors
provided perspectives
that were extremely
helpful."
During the week,
the CCI hosted a
networking reception
at Birmingham
restaurant venue The
Woolworth, providing
an opportunity for
employees to build
relationships with
peers and company
leadership.
"I enjoyed being
able to put a face with a name and get to know
employees from other departments during the
event," Johnson said.
Talent and
leadership
development is
a priority of the
CCI. Providing
tools and
resources that
all employees
can take
advantage of
will continue
to foster a
workplace
culture that
stimulates
learning and
growth.
