3 Customer Solutions creates innovative, lasting solutions that support the uplift of the communities we serve, ensures the progress of our company and supports growth in the state of Alabama. It is my pleasure to share our 2024 Impact Report with the incredible achievements we accomplished. We take great pride in being trusted experts who deliver more than electric power. We are a dedicated team with the drive and focus to meet customer needs. Our long-term customer relationships help improve the customer experience and impact company goals. We constantly seek ways to enhance the services and programs we provide to support sustainably within customer homes, businesses and community anchor institutions — all while supporting the company's net income growth. This report showcases the solutions our teams are undertaking to innovate the company's core assets and create programs that enhance customer service, electrification, and energy efficiency across Alabama. Among 2024's key achievements, we expanded beyond our traditional service area, enhanced our energy conservation programs, strengthened customer engagement, and took meaningful steps to help close the digital divide in our state.
