ENERGYPLUS When our customers thrive, we thrive. The solutions we provide are inherently complex and demand extensive development and implementation periods. Larger projects require detailed engineering studies and designs, and some projects can span multi-year construction periods, requiring meticulous planning and execution. We find the most flexible and customized solutions to help our customer succeed. Last year, our financial performance was strong with 42 contracted projects, $30 million in realized revenue, and 108 opportunities worth $431 million in the pipeline. As a key growth area in non-kWh sales, we maintain the same customer-centric approach Alabama Power has championed for over 100 years. Our industry knowledge, commitment to exceptional customer service and innovative technologies sets us apart in the energy sector. Keith Patterson is an integral member of the Energy Services team, specializing in the sales and development of large-scale energy conservation projects. Keith has played a pivotal role in the sales and development of various transformational projects with several of our major customers including Tuskegee University and Mercedes. With a wealth of experience in identifying, selling, and developing turnkey customer solutions related to energy efficiency, Keith's expertise is invaluable to our organization. Keith is a Certified Energy Manager and always looks for ways to share his knowledge across the organization, earning recognition as a subject matter expert in energy conservation. His extensive experience spans not only engineering and project management but also electric utility rate analysis, a skill set that significantly enhances his role. As a progressive thinker, Keith consistently offers innovative insights on creating value for both Alabama Power and our customers.
