2024 IMPACT REPORT CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS Our Marketing Technicians are an innovative use of skilled International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) who provide essential compliance, field support and home energy expertise to APC customers and the Marketing Team. We cover tasks such as Make Ready and New Connect verifications, Lighting Audits, HERS Ratings, Field Testing and HVAC technical training. The in-house support we provide helps shave spending costs and enhance external relationships in support of Marketing programs and processes. Our team of technicians are front-line relationship builders with our customers, and are a go-to resource for billing questions as well as a respected Electrical Industry (EITC) training resource. We analyze customer energy usage for regulatory and escalated CSC requests. We offer building science expertise to support builder and dealer incentives ensuring optimal energy solutions and customer satisfaction across various programs and divisions. In short, our team acts as the measurement and verification arm, ensuring that the electric end uses installed in homes match the contract terms which reduces errors and adds credibility with customers. Incentives are processed only after their verification, ensuring that the company gets the agreed-upon electric end uses in return for the incentives provided.
