CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS 2024 IMPACT REPORT Residential Support Residential Support at Alabama Power Company adds value through profitable sales growth through targeted partners and incentive programs. Specifically, our team is dedicated to facilitating the projects of large builders and developers to drive electric end-use sales, enhance project success, and generate recurring revenue over the life of those electric products and services. As homes and products become more efficient, our team works to add new customers to increase the kWh load. Builders and developers receive tailored support, ensuring their specific needs and expectations are met. Our team's proactive problem-solving minimizes delays and issues leading to more successful project outcomes and higher customer satisfaction. We are actively engaged in helping diversify how we drive net income. In 2024, we had 92 active projects that contributed 45 megawatts of load. The Residential Support Team scored 100/100 on the NPS Customer Survey, which marked a 6-point increase from the year before. By leveraging strong internal and external relationships with a customer-centric, concierge approach, we streamline processes ensuring better coordination among departments and ensure projects meet customer timelines and building demand.
