Customer Renewables
Customer Renewables is committed to driving the awareness, growth and adoption
of renewable energy solutions for our customers through strategic initiatives, customer
engagement, and innovative product development. We develop new renewable programs,
products, and services to drive growth, support economic development and promote
environmental sustainability.
Customer Renewables manages several
key programs, including the Renewable
Subscription Program (RSP) allowing
customers to subscribe to newly developed
renewable energy sources, Clean Energy Select
where residents or businesses can purchase
Renewable Energy Certificates to support clean
energy production without adding equipment,
and the Distributed Energy Resource (DER)
Pilot. DER is a small-scale energy system such
as a ground-mount solar array that generates
and/ or stores electricity for local use.
In 2024, Customer Renewables provided
customer support for more than 800 calls
and inquiries, showcasing their commitment
to educating customers and addressing their
