43 SUPPORT SERVICES Digital Strategy Digital Strategy enhances our communication with commercial and industrial customers through multiple digital channels including web, email, and online customer engagement platforms. Through our Energy Edge project, also known as the Customer Engagement Platform (CEP), we provide a seamless and personalized experience while orchestrating multi-channel campaigns and optimizing outcomes with agile business process design. Customer Analytics Customer Analytics provides insights for forecasting and data-driven decision making. We use data and analytics to make smart, cost-effective decisions, such as using customer demographics to target specific customers instead of using high-cost mass media channels. Marketing Communication & Engagement Marketing Communication and Engagement provides customized internal and external communication support through the development of effective marketing strategies to build awareness of programs and create growth for the company. We execute advertising and promotions utilizing content creation and graphic design skills, partnerships with external agencies, and a variety of media channels.
