45 SUPPORT SERVICES Marketing Services provides robust support to the company's Top 10 Priorities. Clean Energy Customer Experience Economic Development Electric Vehicles Regulatory Engagement Marketing Services helps define and communicate Alabama Power's stance on clean energy through targeted campaigns and communication strategies. This includes promoting renewable energy options and energy efficiency programs to residential and commercial customers. Marketing Services enhances customer engagement and satisfaction through research and survey analysis and strategic messaging to improve the overall customer experience. Marketing Services supports the growth of Alabama businesses by performing the economic analysis around Alabama Power's economic development projects. Marketing Services promotes EV programs and incentives that make owning an EV easier and more cost-effective for our customers in addition to contributing to the enhancement of the state's charging infrastructure. Marketing Services engages with Regulatory Affairs to ensure that new contracts, contract extensions, and customer incentives meet regulatory requirements.
