infrastructure for developers. This program gives developers more capital dollars on the front
end of a project reducing overhead costs in exchange for electric end uses.

Marketing Specialist Sr.
Wesley Gallops has been instrumental in developing the Vision
platform, which enhances efficiency for residential account managers
by monitoring electric end-use agreements, accounting for new
connects, and maintaining real-time information. His work has made
Vision crucial for measuring success and ensuring compliance with
Residential Reporting guidelines. Additionally, Wesley implemented
pre-engineering meetings for URD projects, transforming the engineer
URD checklist into a more effective pre-engineer questionnaire and
new development form, thereby streamlining the process of energizing
subdivisions.
Outside of work, Wesley is an avid fisherman and volunteers as a boat
captain for high school anglers, helping them improve their skills and
fostering a love for the sport. His efforts promote long-term positive
impacts on youth, the community, and the environment.
