Generous contributions of employees and retirees to colleges and universities will be matched dollar for dollar between $25 and $5,000 annually. Eligible organizations are two- and four-year colleges, universities, and technical and vocational institutions, which are regionally or professionally accredited organizations designated as 501(c)3 by the IRS. Contributions of regular and part-time employees and retirees of Alabama Power can be matched if submied for consideration by the foundation within 180 days of the gi. The match will be made to the university or college aer the pledge is confirmed by program administrator Cybergrants.
