He has been the Alabama Associated Press Newspaper Photographer of the Year many times and has also won a Green Eyeshade Award. His work has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Sports Illustrated and other publications. roBerT deWiTT Contributing writer Robert DeWitt is a freelance writer and columnist living in the Fort Morgan area. He spent 25 years with The Tuscaloosa News as a reporter and editorial page editor and is now the newspaper's outdoors writer. A native of Demopolis, DeWitt is an avid fisherman, hunter and target shooter. carol anne roBerTS Contributing writer Carolanne Roberts is a Birmingham journalist whose experience ranges from newspapers and public relations to a 26-year career at Southern Living, where she served as travel editor, features editor and special regional sections editor. While her writing assignments have taken her from restaurant kitchens to sports arenas and beyond, the West Virginia native delights in the natural beauty of her adopted state. Ted Tucker Contributing photographer National magazines such as Southern Living and Coastal Living have featured work by Birmingham's Ted Tucker, as have companies that promote nationally, like Earthborn Pottery, which is used in some of the country's finest restaurants. For over 35 years, Tucker's take on skylines, coastlines, waterfalls and mountains have promoted tourism across the nation. Joe deSc ioSe Contributing photographer A former senior photographer for Southern Living magazine, Joe DeSciose is an award-winning photographer whose images have been published in The New York Times Magazine, as well as Conde Nast, Hearst and numerous other publications. The Birmingham resident has lived in Colorado, Madrid, Barcelona and New York City.
