The more we can encourage, foster and inspire new
thinking, the more we can all grow. Alabama Power
is a significant contributor and sponsor of Innovation
Week, a series of collaborative events produced by
Birmingham's most pioneering organizations. The
purpose? To develop our city and state by growing
our entrepreneurial ecosystem to ultimately attract
high-growth tech companies. This annual celebration
allows creative risk-takers and innovators to debate,
discuss and offer ideas around how Birmingham can
incorporate technology to make the city a better place
to live and work while improving social equity and
economic competitiveness.
