CULTURE COMMITTEES
Alabama Power's Culture Commiees identify, plan and discuss ways to promote,
represent and drive an inclusive workplace culture throughout the company and
within the communities we serve. With 15 active Culture Commiees, the CCI plans
to continue to grow and boost employee engagement in these groups to advance an
inclusive workforce and create a culture of belonging.

The Culture Commiee aended a
screening of a documentary on the
life of Alabama artist Thornton Dial
and then walked through the UAB
museum's exhibit of his artwork.
