Provided support for more than 800 calls and inquiries across all customer classes,
compared to just over 700 in 2023. This includes over 650 calls from Residential and Small
Business customers, showcasing our commitment to educating and assisting customers
with renewable energy programs.
Exceeded the goal of 400MW of renewable options for Meta, delivering 540MW of
project options, including preferred developer projects (Hope Hull and Stockton) and the
first APC self-build (Clearview Ranch).
Engaged over 100 customers in RSP and REC programs, selling over 1.25 million RECs to
more than 20 commercial and industrial (C&I) customers.
Successfully contracted all available solar capacity and received approval from the
Alabama Public Service Commission (APSC) for solar Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
at sites like Walker Springs and Saturn.
