2024 IMPACT REPORT Becky has added value to the Customer Solutions and Customer Operations organizations by supporting people, programs, and now the platform, Vision. Her career began by providing administrative support to the Marketing Vice President. Now, Becky spends her workdays supporting the Residential Conversion Water Heater Program, the You're in Charge Rebate, and fulfilling the administrator role for Vision, Customer Solutions' web-based tool used to pay customer incentives and process program applications. She is married to Andy who works in the Southern Company Accounts Payable department. They have three grown children and three grandchildren. Outside of work, Becky enjoys cheering on her grandchildren at the baseball field and beauty pageants. She is a member of First Baptist Church Pelham where she has been involved in missions for Operation Christmas Child and the Oak Mountain Ministries food pantry. Becky Harding Market Specialist Sr. E M P L O Y E E S P O T L I G H T Marketing Programs & Reporting Marketing Programs and Reporting is responsible for the annual planning and goal setting process for our various customer segments including Residential, Commercial, and Industrial. We provide corporate goals, strategy, and support for all teams within Customer Solutions that contribute to Alabama Power's bottom line focusing on various end uses, technologies, and economic development. The key drivers for strategy and support are accomplished through our program management of APC's legacy programs, platform management of Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) and Vision as well as providing Delivering Key Strategy and Program Support CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS
