"Alabama Power has many current and former employees across the state who are also talented photographers," said Vice President of Public Relations Stephanie Cooper. "Our Powergrams magazine allows us to showcase and share their talents with our readership." Deadline for photo entries is Tuesday, Feb. 28 at 5 p.m. Employees and retirees may enter one photo in each category. The winning photos will be published in Powergrams and on Powerlines. A prize will be awarded for Best of Show. Employees who are professional photographers or work in Public Relations are ineligible. The selection committee reserves the right to review, and approve or refuse, all works presented for consideration. Failure to follow the rules makes an applicant ineligible for awards. ENTRIES • All images must be submitted on CD or USB drive. • Images must be sized 9-by-12-inch at 300dpi, preferably in TIFF format, but JPG is acceptable. • An Official Entry Form must be signed and accompany each CD entry. • CDs and USB drives will not be returned.
